The Redevelopment of the Old Chancery of the Embassy of India (2023) project focuses on transforming an existing facility into modern staff residences while preserving quality, functionality, and safety. The scope includes comprehensive civil works, refined finishing, and advanced electromechanical systems to ensure high living standards, comfort, and long-term durability. Covering an area of 2,110 m² with a contract value of 1,362,000 JOD, the project has been executed with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to international building and safety standards. Our mission was to deliver contemporary residential accommodations that support embassy operations and provide a secure and comfortable environment for its staff.
